Note: If you want the work you have done in this class to count towards your residency project or towards any kind of future publication, then you need to apply for an individual IRB. If you think that your participants are nonvulnerable, and satisfy other conditions of exemptions, then you can complete a Request for Exemption Form. Otherwise, you should complete the Initial Review form if this is the first time you expect to work with your participants.
